How to enjoy robatayaki (fireside grilling)
炉端焼きは、有料と無料の方法があります。 ＜無料炉端焼き＞ 焼き台が店舗に併設しているので、その店舗で購入した食材のみ焼いて食べることができます。 店舗の方が焼き方を教えてくれるので、初心者にはおすすめです。（対象店舗：鮮魚とみた、まるしげ、新引地商店） ＜有料炉端焼き＞ 有料専用の焼き台を用意しています。まるしげに500円お支払いし、トング、焼き網を受け取って焼き台を確保してください。スタッフが火の入った炭を焼き台まで運びます。場内で購入した商品であれば自由に焼いて食べることができます。

We offer a sushi-making experience every Saturday at 5 PM (reservations required). Please check the dedicated webpage for details.
How to enjoy auctions
Every Sunday from 10am, we hold an auction open to the public. Anyone who understands Japanese yen can participate.
